Room With A Race is a free informational tool that displays publicly available cycling race routes alongside nearby accommodation options. It is operated by David's Dearest.
No booking service
Room With A Race is not a booking platform. We do not process reservations, payments, or personal data. Links to accommodation providers (Google Maps, Airbnb, Booking.com) are provided for your convenience. Any booking you make is between you and the accommodation provider.
Accuracy of information
We make reasonable efforts to display accurate route and accommodation data. However, race routes may change, and accommodation details (availability, pricing, ratings) come from third-party sources and may not be current. Always verify details directly with the accommodation provider before travelling.

We are not liable for any losses, damages, or inconveniences arising from your use of this site or reliance on the information presented. Race names and logos are trademarks of their respective organisers (RCS Sport, ASO, Unipublic, Flanders Classics). Route data is sourced from publicly available GPX files. Map tiles are provided by OpenStreetMap contributors under the ODbL licence. Hotel data is sourced from the Google Places API.
